Young Adult: A Conversation With Doug Hurd - Video

Are you a young adult looking to learn more about mental health and wellness? Join us to hear from Skyland Trail's Assistant Director of Client Community Engagement, Doug Hurd. Skyland Trail is a nonprofit mental health treatment organization based in Atlanta. For more than 30 years, they have been inspiring people with mental illness to thrive through a holistic program of evidence-based psychiatric treatment, integrated medical care, research and education.

The event will be held on Sunday, September 24th at 6 PM at PRUMC's Hospitality Suite.

Topics include how to help yourself through periods of heightened anxiety/depression as well as how to recognize signs of struggle and help a peer going through mental health struggles.
