The nature of our lives – while they are filled with blessings – there are times of heartache, suffering and even trauma. How to respond with resiliency to these events will be the focus of this video discussion led by Ron Greer.

Resiliency is the capacity to respond to challenges, to recover from difficulties, to heal from heartaches. It means more than just survive – but to come back, to heal.

As we come back from our struggles, as we heal, we may discover we even come back to stronger for having been there. Thus, we grow deeper and wiser. The discussion focuses on the possibility of how life's inevitable ordeals,  actually strengthen us for the challenges ahead.
