Join us as Marti Munford, clinical mental health therapist, sheds light on the formation of anxiety in kids and the powerful ways to bust it. With humor (because how can you parent without it?) and compassion, we'll discuss parental patterns that enable anxiety and engage tools that help break the cycle. Medical Perspective: Sadness, Loss, Depression

FRIEND TO FRIEND: CONFIDENTIAL MINISTRY : Our mission is to connect persons with similar life experiences to share and learn from one another. The following is an example of a confidential person who serves as a friend. If you think connecting to a person through the Friend to Friend Ministry would help you, go to the Friend to friend tab and fill out a confidential request form. "I am a friend. Willing to listen, empathize, and encourage. My title as friend comes from a journey I would never choose. My child suffered and so I, as a parent, suffered too. That middle part between the past and the present was chock full of complete grief, confusion, fear, learning, and growing pains; two steps forward, one step back. But today, I am on the other side and now I can be a friend to someone whose story is like mine. I am a confidential, understanding, and a compassionate survivor who is as approachable as a friend should be. I am here when you need me."

One Lamb Initiative

Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’   – Luke 15:4-6

The One Lamb Initiative strives to be a light to those who are hurting. Our mission is to nurture and embrace mental wellness in a faithful community of connection and support.
